Submit

Report a payout denial.

Trader reports are unverifiable individually and weighted accordingly — they never count as a stand-alone source for a firm-level number. See the methodology.

Where your report goes

Every report moves through the same five-state machine. You see the path here; a reviewer sees your report at the current state.

Submitted Verifying Verified Rejected Needs-info

Your report starts at Submitted and moves right as a reviewer works it. Verified means it contributed to a firm-level number; Rejected means a reviewer could not substantiate it; Needs-info means a reviewer reached out for follow-up — one reason an optional contact helps.

The form

Submit natively — no JavaScript required. If JS is enabled, the page enhances the post; if it is not, the browser still posts multipart/form-data to /api/submit-denial and the endpoint answers.
